OK girls I had a REALLY bad day.
One of those days where something comes up, and takes you by surprise. Just hurts. Not the end of the world kind of thing, but just makes you feel awful about yourself, and self doubt settles in. Makes you question everything you do, and why. I was going to take a break from blogging and dive into some chocolate.
Well, if you didn’t know….. that was how I USE to deal with things when I was upset or stressed. Now that I’m down over 55lbs (yeah me!!) I’m so NOT going there again. Not anymore! Instead I decided that I would DIVE head first into another project, for all of YOU, who always cheer me up (and lock up all the chocolate in the meantime!). I will just be positive, and push through this time, like I always do. No sense in getting upset over something I can’t change. Right? It is what it is.
Now to make me feel even better-I am giving this project away to one of you! You all cheer me up everyday, and giving you a chance at today’s video project will definitely cheer me up! I hope you like it.
Just leave a comment on the project here, and I will pick a random.org winner on Saturday! OK!
So this is what you have a chance at winning……….
As high as your dreams-I created the sentiment and LOVE IT!
I love the whimsical feel it has, and the colors are perfect! It has the perfect amount of shimmer too. Can’t go wrong 😀
Woot! Woot!
So this project is up for grabs, and is the subject of a 3 part video I have for you all.
You KNOW Im too long winded to stick to UNDER 10 minutes! Seriously!
I hope you don’t get sick of hearing me. Let me tell you this project for you all was a true joy and stress reliever for me today. I had fun.
What I LOVE about doing these videos is I get to ENJOY teaching, without all the prep work! My own little classroom from home-heaven!
Video 1-Start to finish My Timeless Templates-card box pockets
[veoh v17296879Qpns5Xq6 ]
——–>Click Here!!<———
SORRY YouTube REJECTED this because it was 44 seconds too long!! GRR!! So you need to go to Veoh. Now I just wish I uploaded it all to ONE place. Im very annoyed with YouTube. Plus I couldn’t edit it any more than it was :C
Video 2-Making the box base
Video 3-Creating the center sentiment with JustRite Stampers
——————————————————————–
Thanks for watching 😀
After much anticipation, many of you asked for a few things:
1) To see My Timeless Templates used-start to finish-CHECK! see video #1
2) For the directions for the Birthday Card Organizer-CHECK! That is what the video is for-all 3!
3) To see how theJustRite Stamper’s sets work-CHECK! See video #3
4) Most you you didn’t like Veoh because you couldn’t view it, so you asked that I separate the videos into 3 parts-so I tried! Honestly that was a HUGE ole pain in my derriere, and my site crashed 3 times, making me re-do 2 of the 3 videos! UGH! I should soon have the plug-in here for longer stuff. Im just waiting in the SCS guy to fix it 😀
5) Longer wording in between segments-I tried that too. I can read these just fine, and with so many wordings, it cuts into precious video timing-so pause if needed. I think I timed it well this time. I am getting better. Its only #3 and I see a big difference.
PS tell me if you like me shooting from that angle instead or not!
6) Written instructions for my videos, along with the video. OK Im not sure how often that is going to happen because this is all so time consuming already. I pour so much of myself into my projects, and the behind the scenes stuff, now videos…….AND updating here DAILY. Lets not forget I have 3 kids, so not sure if thats always going to happen.
Bottom line-you talk, I listen! So I hope you know I appreciate every comment and email, and ALL the feedback. Thanks!
Now for more photos, and an IMPORTANT note
After video #1 I had to re -create 1 & 2. After re-doing it twice, I forgot the put the segment in the video where I made my label tabs on the pocket segments :C
Sorry about that. I think you will agree, the videos share enough info, and this was a minor detail. I do apologize!
I stamped 2 months per label, and made sure they were all staggered! Not too much more than that was shared.
I put them on AFTER all my pockets are done.
Thanks!
Supplies:
My Timeless Template: All Boxed Up
Stamps:JustRite Stampers Upper/lowercase New Times Roman alpha (sentiment made using these)
JustRite Stampers Harmony Circle III border (butterfly border around sentiment)
Butterfly of Happiness from Stampin Up!
Wedding Day -used for label months/butterfly on labels
Punches/Die Cuts: Stampin Up! Label punch, Circle nestabilities , corner rounder
Cardstock: White, True Black, Raspberry Fizz, and SU! Gray
Ink: SU! gray, raspberry fizz
Other: Scor-Pal , Shimmerz in Magenta, SU! Felt flower, Maya Road black velvet flower, diamond brad by Making Memories.
Now I have the quick directions for the basic box!
Pockets
1) Print 8 pocket templates using All Boxed up Template (linked above).
2-white
2-Raspberry Fizz
2- Gray
2-on copy paper to make true black pockets
2) Cut, score and assemble.
3) Punch 8 white tags. Stamp with months using gray ink. Stamp butterfly in scattered pattern.
4) Adhere tags to pockets, being sure to stagger them for easy viewing.
Birthday Box Base
8 1/2 X 11 piece of cardstock for base
1) Along 11 inch side score at 2 1/2 & 8 1/2
2) Along 8 1/2 side-score at 2 1/2 & 7
3) Along both 11 inch sides-cut on scored tabs, to scored edge.
4) Assemble box (there will be ONE long end that is shorter-this is what your back panel will adhere to/cover)
Apply decorative panels if you wish.
Back Panel
1) Take 6 X 11 sheet of cardstock for back panel. Along 11 inch side-score at 5 1/2
2) Apply adhesive to entire back, and fold over adhere to back (of short panel) on assembled box.
Stamp panels as desired
Insert pockets-then fill with cards and envelopes!
———————————————————-
So that is it!
So leave me a comment telling me your thoughts, or whatever.
Thanks for the pick me up, and enjoy the video 😀
Tommorrow is another day.
Check in Saturday too, for another Saturday Sketch.
Till then

You are awesome! You have so much talent. Thank you for sharing it all with us!
I have had those days, and they are brutal! Makes you just want to go back to bed and sleep till it goes away. It is hard not to dwell on it but you are right, if you can’t change it, then you have to keep moving forward. Sometimes life tests you to see if you are stronger, you clearly showed you are girl! Remember, for every bad moment there are thousands more great ones to replace it, including knowing how much joy you bring to so many people!
Hey there Lauren! I am sorry you had a bad day. Keep on, keeping on. You do wonderful work and are always inspiring.
The box is awesome, the videos are super cool & you are one smokin’ hot chocolate resistin’ Gal!! Great job turning on the creativity and locking up the candy! I’m not sure I would have had the strength to do that. : )
This is too cool. I just purchased all of your templates today and am working on a card box. I really appreciate the tip on sizing for the printer as mine printed out a little smaller than yours so next time I will know. I watched #1 and !3 but #2 is not available yet and I have tried several times. Thanks so much for the great info and demo. I am so excited to have the templates now. I had been telling myself I could figure them out on my own but having them will mean I have almost instant packaging at my finger tips without all the trail and error process and frustration. Great product can’t wait to see what is coming out next. Love yah Ann Lind

Great videos today–you are doing a super job! Having the visual is so helpful–like being at one of your classes! I love the birthday organizer and all the little extra touches. I plan to order some of your templates soon. I did use the Christmas Stocking (made 12 to hold Christmas gifts)–such fun to make each one different! Hope tomorrow is better………
Sorry you had a bad day. At the beginning of the year I kinda had one of those end of the world kind of days, it sure did feel like it anyways. Hope your days get better.

I’m not sure I would have done the same, but after hearing that you did, I sure want to be like that, too! Thanks for ALL the inspiration you give! Can’t wait to watch the videos.
Today was really helpful because I had nevery actually seen the JustRite stampers used. I didn’t realize how big that stamp was (3 1/2″ didn’t seem that big). Anyway, I could say almost anything with that baby! Thanks for giving me that perspective. And thanks for the chance to win the birthday box!

I’m sorry you had such a bad day and that it brought you to DOUBT yourself! I hate it when that happens…I know the feeling. But remember you are loved by soooo many people and those that don’t feel the same way aren’t worth your time. 🙂 Thanks for all of the hard work that you put into pleasing your fans! I love stamping as a stress-releaser…I tell my hubby that he can either spend money for stamps or he can spend it on therapy, but either way it’s gonna cost him! LOL
Hoping things are better for you soon Lauren, and kudos to you for resisting the choccies! Thanks for your work on the videos~so appreciate your time there.

I am so sorry for whatever has happened. Emotional Pain SUCKS. I am so proud of you for reaching for your creative therapy vs. Chocolate Therapy or Goodness forbid, RETAIL THERAPY. Yea Lauren……… We love you and thank you for everything you do for us here in our little cyber world. You brighten my day and I love your videos and tutorial. congratulations making a change in your behavior when faced with one of those days. Changing from eating to paper crafting is a big step and the result is stunning.
This is a great project…I’m always looking for a card box, but can’t seem to find one that I like. Now, I can make my own and decorate to my liking. Thanks so much for all the time you put into these tutorials! They are wonderful.
Hi Lauren, I’m from the UK and came across your blog purely by chance. I’ve just purchased 2 templates and am having a go at the birthday box. You have really inspired me to make time for my hobbies as I too have a hectic family life. Thank you so much for sharing.
((((((((BIG HUGS!!)))))))) I hope a little hug helps ease your day a smidge! You are beyond sweet to take the time and go through so much trouble to make these videos. I personally appreciate it more than I could ever say! I’m going to have an insane 2 weeks coming up, and I’m looking forward to watching all your videos again when I have my few minutes of downtime here and there. Thank YOU 🙂 And if I happen to win, I’m SO putting the box into a dust-free trophy case 🙂 🙂 🙂
I am staggered and thrilled by your generosity – you are such a STAR !!!! I hear you’ve had a bad day, but I hope it cheers you up to know how happy you’ve made this. I am holding onto this for my treat tonight and am so looking forward to seeing how you created that wonderful box. YOU ROCK LAUREN!!!!
Oh Lauren, sorry it hear about your bad day and kudos for persevering through the tough times. I do know that when I am stressed I just have to do something with my hands, kind of like what you did by making this wonderful project. Just to keep things in perspective though this is really just a small thing compared to some of the other things that have been stressors for you in the past, and you were strong enough to make it through those. Thanks for sharing this project!
Lauren,
I’m excited about your give-a-way….this was the next project that I wanted to create when I had some “free time!” I love this design. I’m always making my cards the night before and I think this would help me to make them sooner! Hope you have a better day today! I can completely understand. I used to not eat when I was stressed, but I think I’ve turned the opposite way lately…..one of these days I’ll get back on track. I have way too much on my mind right now with Ethan as I’m sure you understand completely! Take care and thanks for the chance to win. I’m looking forward to stamping for your sketch tomorrow to keep my mind off things!
Sorry to hear you have a bad day…
At least you brightened up my day. I’m sick at home for 8 months now, no kids, boyfriend of to work so I am bored to death. My weight has gone up too much already (I’m Belgian, so yes, chocolate is my drug) bu at least you gave me something to do today!!!
Thanks for that! You made my day!!!

Melanie
Don’t let it get to ya! I wish I had your will power and be able to shed that weight {and I need to} and your talent to create all these gorgeous projects. So, I’ll have to wait ’till I get home to view the videos but I’m liking them already. I love the way you decorated this organizer — I’m keeping my fingers crossed … hehehe. Have a great weekend!
I just wanted you to have this quote that I found in a magazine the other day…When I had a very bad day..”Do the best you can, and the to hell with it.” and that is all you really can do!!! You rock and Congrads on all you progress!!
I admire your strength. Today will be better!
Sorry you had a bad day, but thanks for the video. Love the card organizer, it is beautiful.
Oh my gosh…I missed a couple of days and wow. Where do you find the time?!?! Thanks so much for sharing how to put together the birthday organizer! I am putting together my friend’s 40th b-day PTI gifts and this design will be a great addition. I am amazed at all you do. Thanks for taking the time and keeping the rest us inspired!! Don’t worry the fact that you take the time to do the videos and write out the instructions….just WOW! I hope you have better days ahead. Take care.
Having one of those days where the self doubt settles in is not a good day at all! BUT you pulled through with out the “pitty party”. WOW that is something to be said about you! I enjoy your blog on a daily basis. You are a true inspiration on many levels! Thanks!
Sorry to hear that you had such a bad day Lauren but just know that all of us out here in cyberland can fully appreciate having days like that too! You are certainly not alone. Congratulations on channelling your efforts to us instead of chocolate (that would have been a toughy for me!).
Love your projects and videos! I love the detail that you put into them so don’t worry about the timing! I am sure you will be cutting them down as you get more and more used to the video thing!
Great job as always!!
Have an awesome weekend with you wonderful family!
Great to hear how strong you are being. Chocolate isn’t the answer..but just adds to the problem! 🙂
Thanks for the time and effort that you have put into your videos…it was well worth it for me!
Here’s hoping that you have a better day tomorrow!
Lauren,
Sorry to hear you’ve had a bad day, but very proud of you for not giving in to food! Good job! I am loving the videos. It’s fun to “see” you work. I’m definitely going to give the birthday organizer a try. I think I might try to put a lid on mine, hmm…
You hope we “like” the project?!?! I love it!!
Hope today is better for you….
Tomorrow will be brighter, you are a strong woman. I love all your projects, have all the templates and enjoy your blog so much. Seems you are spending so much time on the video aspect, if it comes to a choice I would rather have the project ideas and less video, just my thought. I love your sentiment on this box, so true.
I have had too many of those kinds of days recently and unfortunately, didn’t turn to crafts but to cr@p…you know, the kind that makes you gain 20 pounds just by looking at it…
Anyway, so sorry about your rotten day, but please don’t let it affect your self-esteem – you are a wonderful, strong, caring and sensitive person and we love you!
This is one of the cutest projects I’ve seen in a long time, I am just going to have to make it but I would love to win won made by you!!!
Thanks,
Alison
Lauren, sorry things are going great for you right now! Hopefully things turn around quickly. On another note, this project is absolutely gorgeous! 🙂 I really need to start doing more templates! Thanks for coming up with yours and sharing all your awesome ideas with us!
LOVED IT! Keep them coming, I can’t get enough of your videos, Thank You so much for deciding to do them. I’m ready to make my own. I hope your day will get better, it’s true we can’t change things but we can always pray for a better tomorrow so that we can continue with our lives. I know you made me happy today and I will pray that your tomorrow will be better. Thanks again.
Thanks Lauren for this wonderful tutorial. I love the fact that you take the time to explain step by step what you are doing. Besides learning how to make a project I also get the chance to learn about new products and how to use them. So, thanks a bunch!
You are such an inspiration. I am trying to stay away from sweets, too. Chocolate is such a stress reliever for me and I know I would lose some weight if I just stayed away from candy!!!. You should be proud of yourself for blogging instead of “hogging” the chocolate. lol
Such a great project – thanks!
Erin M.
I think we all have had those days. Good for you for being able to look past your blah day and putting your energy into something you love to do and we love your projects! BTW, that card holder is fantastic! How beautiful! Thank you for making such wonderful projects and inspiring all of us! Thanks Lauren!

I always look to your blog for inspiration- your creations are amazing, and I always wish I was as talented as you, as tough as you and as determined as you. You do it all-I don’t know how with all that life gives you but you do it and with such love and determination. When you set your mind to something nothing can stop you, especially when it’s something or someone you love!!! Hold your head high- you deserve it! Hugs
I’ve had a pretty hurtful day like that this week and you are absolutely doing the right thing. Push on through it. I adore your box (and all your creations) and have purchased several of the Timeless Templates. What fun they are! Would love to win this darling project. Heads up girl!

Sorry you had a bad day but my hat’s off to you for hanging in there…much to our benefit. I purchased your template and have been wanting to make this project…thanks for all your hard work….Suzanne
So thankful that those bad days don’t roll around too often. I so love your talents and sweet disposition! The time you’ve invested in these videos is remarkable- I’m sure it will get much quicker for you! The box is so pretty! I won’t win, but I’ll make it myself- it’s too pretty not to!!!
You are so young to be so wise! I totally hear you about the chocolate – I’ve been doing the chocolate thing my entire life. And I’ve had a weight problem my entire life – no surprise there!
I was about to dive into the chocolate myself when I read your post… I decided not to as you are so inspirational! Thank you for being so generous with your talent, insight and most of all, your time.
Vicki
Good for you for choosing to be productive rather than give in to your old ways…you should be proud of yourself. Tough days are always going to be there but facing them head on and going through them is the healthy way.
Love your project…love your blog!
Debbie
Hi Lauren!
I look forward to your posts everyday!! I just love and enjoy your work, projects, coloring, attitude, and spunk! You are enspiring on many levels! You are one of my favorite blogs and I send to everyone telling them to sign up!!!! You have a great eye and wonderful talent!! I greatly appreciate the time and efforts you put into “us”. I am so proud of you for not touching the chocolate and making a project!!!
Keep your head held high!
Jenny
Lauren, you are such an inspiration! your projects make me smile…thanks for sharing your talent….
i always thank God for a new day!
Melissa
I just recently found your blog and love it!! Honestly I don’t know how you get so much done with 3 kids!! I’m lucky if I can get a card done LOL! Hang in there with the emotional eating…been there done that and gained 80 pounds back! Ugh…I feel your pain! One day at a time they say 🙂 Keep up the awesome work!
Kathi
Once again you are amazing!! I don’t know how you do it – I’m so jealous 😉
Splurge on 1 piece of chocolate 🙂
Great videos!! Thanks so much for breaking it down into simple steps. You are doing a fantastic job explaining everything as you are creating the projects. Keep up the great work!! You’re such an inspiration!!
Another great project, Lauren. Take it from a senior citizen, ahem! don’t try to do too much, be everything to everyone. please everyone and do make time for yourself. Life is too short, children grow too quickly, everything will (Lord willing) still be here tomorrow.
PS..thanks for the email regarding the printer. doing research, figure I need a single pass to avoid jamming 80 lb. paper….grrrr for sure!
What a gorgeous project! I’m so sorry you had a rough day! My prayer for you is that today is much better! Thanks for sharing your inspiring artwork!
Sorry you had a bad day! I just wanted to say I LOVE having you right here in y own living room! Your videos are amazing like you! TFS all you do!
Vicky
I’m so sorry you’re feeling down. And good for you for (a) backing away from the chocolate and (b) losing 55 POUNDS!!! I’m a relatively new reader, so I’d have never known. Hopefully crafting cheered you up a bit. Those colors would have had to cheer you up! And I hope things get better for you. And thanks for the videos! You’re doing great!
BIG Hugs and a smile to cheer you up! Thank the Lord for fresh starts! I know I’ve wanted to just replay and do things a better way on MANY occassions… But, I know it’s in His Will to have these things happen just so I’ll see He is the reason behind EVERYTHING 🙂 Blessings for a better day! Always enjoy your creative mind 🙂
Love your blog and your videos!!!. Congrats on the weight loss—that’s huge. It must make you smile every time you look in the mirror. So when you have a bad day, find a mirror, see what you have already accomplished, SMILE!! and move on with your day. That should give you a little boost.
Lauren, your project is as wonderful as all your projects always are! Don’t you let yourself get down too much. We all have bad days. Oddly enough, mine wasn’t very good yesterday either. So I’m so with you!! Keep up the awesome projects. Your emails each day are my favorite to open!!!
Karen
Lauren sorry that your day wasn’t going good. I’m so excited that you thought of us over chocolate. So that was a good thing that happened and of course gave us another fabulous video and tutorial. I just love this Birthday Box Organizer and I sure hope I’m the lucky stamper to be honored with one of your handmade inspiring projects in my stampin room. Thanks for a chance.
I’m so sorry you are having a bad day, but way to go on pushing yourself to not go back to your old habits. 55 pounds is FABULOUS! Keep up the great work and wonderful projects.
you are fantastic! I hope you are having a better day. Just look at all the responses you have of people wanting to win something just because YOU made it! 🙂
Your blog is my favorite. It inspires so much to get out of my creative rut and start crafting again. Thanks for bringing your genius to all of us crafters! I would love to win your organizer box, it is so cute!
wow this is just stunningly beautiful. Great job on the video!
Lauren, I hate to think of you down, you’re always so upbeat! If it helps I think everything you do is great. You have introduced me to so many new stamp companies and showed me so many great projects. Hope your day is better today!
Lauren, Thanks for such an informative video tutorial. Great job. Beautiful project! I’d so love to win it!
Sorry about your bad day…. but good for you for doing something POSITIVE! Yay!
This organizer is so pretty and cheery! What a blessing for the one who wins it (~~me, me, me~~) lol
I’m sorry you had a rotten day. I pray whatever is wrong is fixed/goes away/is short term. Good for you for stepping away from the chcolate! You’re a better woman than I am. 😉 Big hugs!
Girl, you inspire me everyday. The box is soooo cute. Thanks again .
Lauren, I can’t thank you enough for all the wonderful postings on your blog and now video’s of your awesome projects!! This Birthday Box Organizer is just what I need to keep me on track this year. So far, so good, but it’s only January and I still have 11 more months to go to stay on track. Congrats on choosing creativity over chocolate…tough choice and I can totally understand eating under stress. Thanks for all you do!
I am just sooooo amazed at your talent. I wish I was like that. I don’t know how you do it. I just started commenting on blogs, and yours is the only one I do that I follow constantly. Not to be creepy, your just so inspirational.LOL
Sorry you had such a bad day, but if having a bad day produces such wonderful work….!! I love the box and the templates that make the box so easy to make are wonderful! Thanks for taking the time to show us how easy it is to use the “Timeless Templates”! AWESOME!
Thanks so much for the chance to win your card box. I am so sorry about your dreadful day….but just hope that today is better and with time you won’t feel so bad about it.
Congrats on the weight loss too – that is OUTSTANDING!!
Lauren, you are working WAY to hard! This is supposed to be fun, remember!? It seems like the more you do, the more people want from you; I know you love doing things for us but you have a life too and need to pay attention to that; just do the best you can; this is all anyone can ask! Big hugs!
Kathy
Wow Lauren what a wonderful idea for cards functional and good looking too. Your video was very professional looking and the angle was just perfect. I really appreciate the non video as well I’m one who refers back to the subject inhand and it makes it easier once I’ve done the video. Both together make a great combination for me as well I’m sure it does for others to. Thanks for sharing with us once again.
Lynn
I always enjoy your posts, but these videos are wonderful! Thanks so much, and you are great, Lauren! You are doing what you were designed to do…and doing it so well! Thank you for sharing your passion, talents, and inspirations with us all! You are a real blessing and make me want to just do it…and try one of these!
God is so good isn’t He?? He took away your chocolate and gave you to us..double high five….zero calories, zero carbs, zero trans fats…guaranteed not to settle on your hips :~)
The videos are my kind of candy! Thanks Lauren….
Pam
Lauren~ You are such an inspiration! You are super-woman to the extreme. I wish I could/would do half the things you do.
I’d love to win the great box. Keep up the awesome creations.
Becky
Thank you for all you share… your blog is fantastic as well as the videos. You are simply amazing.
Denise
The angle was great. The 2nd and 3rd videos were great but I have to go on my laptop to view the first rather than my iPhone. I think your explanations were clear and easy to follow. The on screen directions were plenty long enough to read now. I haven’t seem the first segment yet, but just a thought fir editing. Things like correcting the cut on the base when it didn’t line up right could be edited to save time especially when you are so close! I have no idea if there are things like that in the first segment but just keep them in mind. Btw, as a fellow weight loss success story, congrats fir not scarfing down chocolate on your bad day. You rock girl!
Oh Lauren, your Birthday Box Organizer video is great! I think I CAN make one——-my project for tomorrow! Thank you so much!
wow, Lauren, so good to see a visual.
It sur ehelps when using your templates.
I love what you did and would love to win this.
Thank you for a chance.
Great video. I love this birthday box and will certainly give it a try. 🙂
Hi Laura,
I am sorry to hear that you are feeling a bit down today but you would never know it. That box is incredible and would make such a wonderful gift. Thank you so much for sharing your talent! My crafts are my therapy … they always make me feel better too and it is a far more positive thing that eating Chocolate. You go girl!
I’m hope your day got better, great project, I wish I would get back into making things, you inspire me.
Your attitude is fantastic! When you get down, look out! Look to making others feel better and it is contagious! Good girl! I am always insipred here….thanks for all you do!
Stunning as always! Love the colors & the saying! Now, off to watch your videos. Thanks for the cahnce to win this beauty!
Hello! Wow…THREE videos…so incredibly helpful. I don’t mind the angle and frankly I LOVE all the talking. I hope you feel better…and tomorrow is a whole new day. Thanks for ALL the work you do…you are an inspiration and well you cheer ME up every day so today I hope we all reciprocated!!!
Wow! I love this. And Congrats on avoiding the Chocolate Monster (and losing all that weight – I haven’t been a follower for long so didn’t go back and hear about that!). And you are always so very generous in having blog candy! Thanks.
First of all congratulations on your weight loss and on being able to redirect your frustrations away from chocolate! What a HUGE area of success!! I turn to working out when I’m frustrated and it sure gives me lots of energy to pump into a work out, that’s for sure 🙂
Great project. Don’t have time to view it right now but will come back to it later. Love your creations and all you share 🙂
Such a cute box! Sorry you had such a bad day! Glad you didn’t dive into the chocolate. You have more willpower than me! LOL!

Hey Lauren
So sorry about your bad day. I and several of my closest friends appreciate what you do for us. i come here everyday. Crafting – even though I have to Case a lot of things has been a godsend for me. It soothes my soul… and I thank you for that.
Since being struck with a rare and dreadful cancer, I try and keep positive. Positive thinking has something to do with immunity they tell me. So this is my mantra and I am not one to proselytize ( not sure I spelled it right). But here goes
This is the day that the lord has made, let us be glad and thankful for it.
Luv ya
Barbara
Lauren,
Sorry for your bad day. . .and it’s not usually just *one* thing, is it? Love the box, the tutorial, everything. Just one thing, DON’T OVER-EXTEND YOURSELF!!!!!! We love, love, love and appreciate all the time and effort you put into this but your family is first and your sanity above this blog too. One or the other. . .directions on video or in writing but there is NO NEED to double-and-triple your efforts. We definitely DO NOT want you to burn out!!!!!! Thanks for the chance to win. . .I love it when you give away YOUR stuff!!!
Wow, this is an awesome box. I would be proud to own it. I am so sorry you had such a rough day, but am so proud of you that you did this instead of getting in a big funk and eating all the chocolate in the house. That’s probably what I would have done. Hope things get better for you, and quickly.

Hope you have a happy day I re-did my envelopes for my box. When I re-printed them with the none application and measured them they were a generous 1/4″ bigger that way. The first ones were not big enough for the envelopes to go with the cards. Seeing a step by step tutorial will give gals who are timid about your templates much more confidence. I would love to see you do a tutorial on each of your templates and thanks for working so hard to give us this treat. The old adage about keeping your hands busy so you don’t have time to worry certainly was productive. Wow 55 pounds I wish I had your self control. I too would have been reaching for the chocolate and and and!!! Have a great weekend Ann Lind
oh my…would I ever love this!!!!
I dont mind your long winded videos…hehe
Sorry about your yucky day! However, just remember how you keep all of us motivated by your positive outlook on life (no matter what happens) & with your incredible creativity! Fifty-five pounds???? Way to go! I especially admire that feat, since you’ve done it on your own. (I did Weight Watchers.) I must thank you for getting me off my butt this year. I’ve done an exercise video almost everyday, ever since I read your comment about how any of us can squeeze in 20 min a day to do a video! It’s so true. What made me actually get up & do it was when you said that if we have 20 min to sit on the computer, we have 20 min to exercise! Thank you for that…it was the kick in the pants I needed! Any other tips on how you lost that amazing amount of weight would be much welcome! In the meantime, hugs to you! Thanks for all you do!
Hi Lauren, That is normal and you are the same as all of us out there. Life is a gift and we open each day to whatever is for the day and then we have tomorrow. Keep up the GREAT WORK. As you know you have many people that support you always. I love all your post and they keep getting better and better. Hugs to you and your family.
I am glad you pushed through the bad, and shared such an amazing creation with us again! I must say that coming to you blog everyday, truly inspires me. Not just from the creative side, but also from the weight loss, the family life, and the everyday experiences. I have enjoyed the videos, and I am still searching my ACE stores for those racks, because I too have a ribbon addiction! Heres to a wonderful weekend.
Hope your day is better. The box is beautiful. I’m loving the videos!
I admire that you skipped the chocolate! If I could get over that hump I know my weight would go down. You are my favorite blog to read—so many cute ideas but inspirational on other issues too! THanks.
WOW, down 55 lbs! Yeah for you! Love the cute box/organizer! WOuld love to have it for my stash! Have a great day! PS> THe videos are awesome!
Lauren, here’s the thing I THINK YOU ROCK! I look forward to all of your posts. 🙂 Keep your chin up, things will be better tomorrow! Hugs, Sarah
Thanks so much for sharing, Lauren! You make it look so easy. I love all of your projects!
What a wonderful video. You sure are knocking yourself down about all of this – YOU need to stop that – do you hear?
Lauren, I think you need to give yourself some “just me” time for whatever you want to do i.e. read a book, take a quiet bath, go for a walk. Please don’t feel you must do this every single day. You have such wonderful projects and samples, that I am sure everyone agrees we can get by! You and your family come first above all else! I do love the dimensions written down ato help us, but if we watch the video we can certainly write them down ourselves. Keep up the wonderful work and know that you inspire each and every one of us immensely. I know your day is going to get better!
I follow your creations on here every day and they are so inspirational, thank you. Not sure if you would post to UK, but wanted to comment anyway. Hope your day gets better, and well done not hitting the chocolate, can you let me know your secret!!!!!!
Wonderful Video Lauren!!
Really Sweet Organizer..

I love the butterflies and the box and how well it all goes together! I can’t wait to try it all! Lauren – you are by far the most talented, creative individual I have had the pleasure to know on the internet. Your Timeless templets and creations are wonderful and you have out done yourself with your videos. Keep up the good work as I am learning so much from you!!
Thanks for the videos, they help if you are a visual learner!!!!!!! I love this project it’s beautiful & functional. I never thought of how to print the templates on dark paper, thanks for showing us how. I hope that you have a great weekend.
Wishing you a better day
Donna :]
Wow…what an amazing project!!!!! You always amaze me!! Keep up the good work.
JoAnn
Whenever you start something new you need to remember that there is a learning curve!
We all learn in different ways and speeds.
Cut yourself a bit of slack and enjoy the thrill of learning something new and give yourself permission to:
1. know you will not know it all at once
2. have fun enjoying the journey
3. learn from what you have already done
4. accept that you are human and make mistakes
5. know that at the end of it all… you’ve done your BEST!
Everything else can just “back off”.
So keep trying, keep learning and doing the BEST you can do and above all ENJOY the journey!
Thank you for all you do to entertain and teach us out here in blogland.
Marilyn [email protected]
You have done a wonderful job and helped me alot! I’m a visual learner and things make more since when you can see it being done and you explain things very well. Thank you for all the beautiful work you share and have all your templates. I do hope you have a better day and wish you and your family all the best.
Allways enjoy your ***AWE*** inspiring projects so don’t let all the “little stuff” get you down!
Sorry to hear you’re having a bad day! But good for you for resisting the temptation to eat chocolate. What a wonderful project and a great way to relieve that stress. Hugs, Maria
First of all, I’m with you on the chocolate thing. However, I have not been so fortunate as to have conquered that yet. Congratulations to you! Secondly, I WANT TO WIN!!! PICK ME!!! PICK ME!!!
Great video for a great idea! I’m always looking for ways to store the cards I make and this is perfect! I’d love to win it!!! It’s obvious you put alot of thought into it and much time, especially with the video. btw, I lost almost 100 lbs in 1989 [no, not with surgery] and have kept most of it off; you can keep your weight off, too!
I enjoy and love all your blog entries. You are so talented! Ow, the videos so cool. To received one of your handmade will be awesome. Thanks Lauren….

You are an absolute treat! Your postings make my day. Now of course, your video’s bring you right into my crafting room. I know how you feel about turning to crafting when everything else around you is out of sorts – it has helped me deal with my depression. On a bad day, you manage to lift me out of the gloom 🙂
God Bless you.
Hugs

Wow, great use of your emotions. It looks great and I bet you feel better than if you’d had chocolate!!! Give yourself a pat on the back.
Way to go Lauren. We need to remember that we have come way too far to take orders from a piece of chocolate.
You showed that candy who’s in charge! You GO, GIRL!
I’d LOVE to win the card organizer. I’m in the organizing mood, AND, it would be great to have a personal reminder of my craft mentor in my very own home.
Thanks for all the time you take every day for us, your adoring public.
You have a lot of self control 🙂 That is fabulous! The birthday box is gorgeous! Thanks for all that you do for your readers!
So sorry you had a better day – hope today is better and so glad you found another diversion besides chocolate. This card organizer is pure genius! I’m very visual so having something like this is perfect as a reminder to send out those birthday/anniversary cards on time. And certainly NOT an eyesore to look at out on the kitchen counter!
Hello Lauren I have been visiting your site for about three months now. I am so hooked on your creativity and your blog stories. I think you are an amazing woman and I don’t know how you do it all. Hi (((Lauren))),
Take a walk and breath in the fresh air. and remember, God Loves You at all times.
The box is adorable. I’d put envelopes, stamped and addressed for everyone’s birthdays so I would just have to add a card and mail them out. Hmmm, I might be on time for a change, do you think?
OMGosh, Lauren, that video is terrific! So happy you used butterflies, my favorite images! It’s just beautiful and such a happy thing for me to view today because it’s my birhtday!!! Thanks for the opportunity to win this jewel. Love that you demonstrated the ScorPal and the Just Rite Stampers, two items on my wish list!

Keep doing what you are doing Lauren – we love all your projects and inspiration!
Hugs

By the way, I loved the Birthday Organizer! Too cool! I hope to win it! :0)

What a great box! I’m going to give it a try once I get some other projects done. Thanks for the videos – I do hope that you’ll continue to offer written instructions (or at the least, the dimensions used for different papers, an explanation of techniques if they are not easy to do) as they are useful for those in your audience who are unable to hear verbal instructions due to hearing loss or deafness.
The box is really beautiful! Yes when stressed ignore the snacks and go for the stamps!!!!
Thank you Lauren for all the hard work you do, and all for us!!! Love your blog, and now with the video’s it is really inspiring, we have no excuss but to try all your fun projects. You really are an enabler! I just had to go and buy the stationary holder template and papertreyinks stationary pack. Sorry to hear about your bad day, I wish I had will power to stay away from chocolate! Thanks, Jeanne
Lauren,
Great proof that stamping and creativity are the perfect therapy. Whenever I feel bad about how much I spend on papercrafts I think about how much I saved in therapy.
Just when we think your blog can’t get better you start making videos. Woohoo!!!! Thanks.
Hi Lauren!
First of all, I’m so sorry to hear that you had such a rough day! Whatever happened, hang in there!
Secondly, wow- I love this birthday box organizer! It’s adorable! I look forward to reading your blog everyday. Honestly girl, I have no clue how you come up with so many fabulous ideas! You are truely amazing and inspirational! I LOVE your videos! They always end and I’m in amazement of what you have created and how easy you make it look! So sorry you had a bad day. I know that when I do, crafting always helps. I am glad you dug in. You are really great at what you do. Thanks for the videos, this is awesome.
Lauren,
Your transparency is beautiful. And don’t you just love that scrapbooking/stamping/etc can be such fabulous therapy! When my dh was unemployed for almost 2 years I scrapbooked with a friend every Monday evening. I spent much of that time doing my wedding album (we had been married for about 20 years) and it was a fabulous reminder as to why I married this wonderful man that I have so much respect for.
Keep on creating… I love your stuff!!
Lauren, Just take life one day at a time and don’t let things get you down. There are hundreds of people that would help cheer you up and make you see your self worth. Rubber Hugs.
Wow, that was great! You did a terrific job and I thoroughly enjoyed how detailed you are. That makes for a perfect product in the end.
Keep up the great work! Thanks for your efforts.
I just thought of a great thing I wanted to make for a girl friend of mine. She had morning sickness and I thought it would be nice to package some goodies for her but I could never come up with anything, but I know you can!!!! Just a suggestion for you!Nicole
Wow, that is one long post LOL! Hope tomorrow is a better day, I’m sure we all have days when we doubt ourselves but usually there is no reason to. I’m loving the videos, but don’t let them cut into your stamping time too much 😉
I’m sorry to hear you had a bad day, Lauren. Hope you are feeling brighter now. Your new video is fantastic!! The project is so cute, and the video really helps me to think ‘Yeah, i want to have a go at that!’….thanks also for showing the JR stamps…i’m off shopping now LOL…have a good weekend and thanks for the chance to win! I am so very thankful that you are doing these videos. I absolutely love your ideas and the fact that you share them so freely. Great job on making the videos. I have often wondered how other people create their projects and organize their work space. Again, thank you for sharing. I don’t know if I would have the guts to do what you are doing. Keep up the great work.
Sorry about your bad day. But kudos for staying away from the chocolate! I love love that box!! Thank you for giving your readers the chance to win it.
Just Love you and your ideas and now the videos. I do not have any of the Just Rite. Thanks for the demo. Hope your day got better. 😀
Really love the things you create and appreciate your time in sharing all these ideas with us. thanks so much
Lauren,
Hope your day gets better!
Kris
Holy moley girl! You are ONE SERIOUSLY DEDICATED BLOGGER! Video and written directions. And believe me, I totally understand what kind of time it takes to do all these videos. You pretty much have to run through it and time it, then run through it again to double check you weren’t talking to fast or skipped anything, then take that time and double it because you know something will happen and you’ll go off on some story (I know I always do so I just factor it in) Then, because of YouTubes requirements, you have to find a good breaking point so you don’t go over time. plus then you edit it all so that it’s pretty….
6 days of work crammed into an afternoon! {Phew!}
Beautiful calorie free project to show for it. And you probably burned a fair share of calories trying to accomplish it! BRAVO! You are a Amazing!!!
I’m sorry you had a bad day and WOW! What a great tut! Thank you for sharing!
xoxo,
Michelle
I love you blog and all the inspirational comments and ideas that I find there. Thanks for sharing all that you do.
You have great perseverance – creating something wonderful (like your card box) on a bad day is certainly inspiring to me. What a useful and beautiful project – you are so talented. And your videos are spectacular – I love love love getting to see your process of making things! My husband even knows that I go to your blogs to look at the beautiful projects to brighten my day just as much as to get inspiration. So please keep creating and sharing…pictures of your projects alone bring joy to readers like me.
I realy love your ideas and I follow your blog almos everyday!

Love from Rio
Marcia

I have been following your blog for quite and now I am loving your videos. Thanks for sharing your talent with us!
I visit your blog every day and younever fail to amaze me. Talent and laughter and smiles all rolled up in one. Don’t let anything outside you get you down as you are a sweet and caring person who shares her talent and her love. The only people that can hurt you are those that are close and they shouldn’t do that if they care!
How beautiful! It was fun watching you make it! Love that!!!
Lauren, so sorry to hear about being hurt. I am proud of you for turning to creativity instead of chocolate (even though choc. is yummy)
Boy you’re better than me on persisting w/the video problems. I’ve kept your blog, let others go. I love the stories of your kids, mine are grown up

Thanks for sharing; you’re always so inspiring!
Lauren, you are truly amazing! You’re soooo creative, but also interesting, thoughtful, level-headed, funny, smart, etc! My mom could really use something to store cards in thats for sure! And this is very cool! Pretty and a good storage idea…better looking than ziplocks, thats for sure. =)
Wow! Super job! You are really getting the hang of this video stuff. I’m so impressed! I loved the project. This is such a great idea. I’m the worst when it comes to remembering birthdays so having something to help remind me would be fabulous. I’ll cross my fingers!
I’m so glad you chose this project to do from start to finish! I love all of your projects but this one especially appeals to me; my Mom needs something like this so I had planned on making one for her. When Nicole had the DT do organizers, I enjoyed looking at them all and yours jumped out at me as the one I wanted to make. I’m very excited for this one. Keep up the videos!
Oh my gosh, that box is absolutely gorgeous! Pick me, pick me! Don’t doubt yourself – you’re amazing! {hugs}

I love the birthday box! You are so talented. Thank you for the Just Rite tutorial. I have been wanting to order from them, but wasn’t sure how it all worked. Now I know!
Natalie
Where do you get all your creativity? Thank-you so much.
I go on many, many, many blogs now and you are still the most creative of all. I love everything you do! Anita
This is sooo cute! I adore anything pink. 🙂
I hope your day is going better now. I too used to turn to food as my stress reliever, but I’m now down 8lbs in 2 1/2 weeks, and I don’t know I didn’t think to start trying to loose sooner. I always say, “Happiness begins with a wink and a smile” so here’s a wink 😉 and a smile 🙂 for you.
Wow what a great project and I’m sure that it took forever for you to do all the taping, editing and typing up this post. Thanks for all you share and it was really great seeing a video of just how easy the my timeless templates are too use.
Hi Lauren –
First of all – a big thank you for taking the time to do these videos! As my husband and I were at Home Depot last night, and I was sidetracked looking at shelving similar to what you use for your ribbon storage, I was explaining to him the awesome video you posted of your craft space. I can’t believe you’re filming, editing and posting more than one video a week. As much as we LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, these videos, don’t wear yourself out. We’ll be patient, honest. Don’t let us suck you dry. I am so impressed by your projects and creativity and would hate to see you stop posting because we’re demanding too much of your time.
The video for the birthday box, is wonderful, and how generous to offer the finished project as a giveaway. The time you spent filming and documenting how to make it is a gift to all of us.
I just signed up for Google Reader, and your posts are the first ones I read! If it makes you feel better, after your not so great day, your blog post was my pick me up, after my long day at work. Not a horrible day, or even a bad day, just one of those days we all have where things don’t go quite right and everything takes a little longer to do than it should.
Take care of yourself and know how much we admire and appreciate your generosity and creativity.

I’m so happy that you didn’t eat the ice cream! I am battling my weight right now and I know how hard it is to lose. Stay strong and believe in yourself. You are a fabulous person and so super talented. I love the card organizer!! So cute!!
Thanks for inspiring me for giving us such fabulous eye candy every day.
Hugs, Cathy
You are just too cute for words. I love, love, love your templates. After I saw your organizer for the first time I rushed over to PTI and downloaded immediately! I did the same for the Loli-pop along. You fabulousness (not sure if that is a word, but it should be LOL) is so inspiring and I love that I can have instant gratification by clicking and buying right when I am excited about creating the project. Thank you so much for helping me to look like a rock star LOL!!!
It’s a good life!
Terri E.
Thanks Lauren for the chance to win your wonderful project! Sorry you had such a tough day! Let me just tell you that I love checking out your blog on my tough days! Your talent really amazes me! Keep up the fantastic work!
Lauren you are such an inspiration to me in more ways than one. When I read your stories I feel as if life will be okay. Just keep going.
I visit your blog everyday and love every minute of it. I case alot of your cards. I used to feel bad about it because I am not very creative. But now I always remember you saying it doesn’t matter as long as you enjoy doing what you do. That is why special people like you do what you do!! Thanks so much for sharing and the chance to win you beautiful project!!!
WOW! You’re videos are amazing! I love how you explained everything step by step. As a demonstrator I realize how much effort is involved and I truly appreciate you taking the time to go through everything. There are so many tools and techniques out there that sometimes its hard to do it just be reading. You are truly truly talented! Good luck on picking a winner – I think it would be absolutely awesome to receive something created by you and get to see all of those wonderful products in person! Keep up the awesome work and I hope you day ended better with over 300 comments! That’s quite a pick-me-up!
Don’t know if you need another comment. lol. I know that your tutorial, be it long or not, I’ll love it! I love the angle because I’m able to see everything!!!
I do love Veoh more than youtube. For some reason my laptop would not let me see you tube videos full screen and youtube eats most of the resolution in your videos. Which makes me think that veoh is MUCH better. But I respect your decision of using you tube since your readers rule. lol.
Don’t let life get you down look how far you’ve come in such a short ammount of time keep up the good work and remember we are all here for you and think everything you do is great. I would love to win one of your projects and love your new tutorials.
Oh, Lauren!! I admire you so much for resisting temptations when you are having such a bad day. You did something so positive and beautiful! I love the birthday box organizer and I do hope I get a chance to win this!! Thank you for sharing your wonderful talents with us. I haven’t used any of the templates yet but I do plan to very soon. Believe it or not, you made my day!!!
Now this is the most awesome project evah! I have no kids or hubby this weekend so I am going to make one of these! Lovin’ the video, too. It will be playing while I make this! Thanks for your awesome tutorials and all the time you put into inspiring us!
Love the Video, I enjoyed it very much, but I really appreicate the written directions, this way I can come back when I have all the supplies and make one, this helps me more that the video. Although, sometime both are great, lol. But I do understand with a family, you have to take care of them first.
Hope I’m not to late to win something you made, I would be so honored….take care of you too…
Love your videos and all the work that goes into making them…….you rock!!
First, I really enjoy reading your blog. Secondly, I have to tell you how much I admire your creativity, passion and courageousness. You tell your readers so much about yourself and your struggles in life, but yet you remain so positive! You are truly a role model for us all. I hope you have a better day tomorrow!
Wow, your tutorials are so enjoyable! I’m sorry you had a bad day, but I’m glad you have such an outlet to help you through.
Thanks so much!

I’m sorry you had such a bad day. I didn’t have too good of a day myself, but I’m sure tomorrow will be 100% better!
Hang in there.
I enjoyed you videos. You are doing great. I have ordered several of your templates and love them. I have to have ideas plus instructions because I am totally absent of imagination or creativity. Thanks so much.
You have such great projects, and your Birthday Box organizer is great. I would be honored if chosen to receive this project. Wishing you better days.
There are a lot of comments. Your project is wonderful and I love the colors. Thanks for sharing with us and being such an encouragement. Lately, I have had to have a lot of it from my friends. My son has had some rough days (epilepsy) and I haven’t felt so great myself. But I just keep going on…I have to. I am so thankful for friends. I am also thankful for blogs that I can look at when my son is resting. Although right now I don’t get to do much with my cards and scrapbooking, I know one day I will.
Have a wonderful day and thanks for a chance to win.

Lauren you are an amazing gal! I am so sorry you had a bad day…I so know how that can happen. You rock with your 55 lbs! I want to lose that much so bad but it is such hard work and I keep putting it off. I am so afraid of failure and my will power is so bad! I keep saying some day. I really admire you for all your hard work and sticking to not indulging in the chocolate in a hard time.
Your birthday box is beautiful as are ALL your other projects! Your talents are just as amazing as you are. Thanks for the chance to win your goodies!
Smiles, Maria

Thank you so much for changing to you-tube! I was not able to view the others and was boo-hooing that I was missing out! This is so beautiful – I really appreciate the time you put into adding the written instructions too. It seems so much simplier than I had imagined to make this. Hugs for the crummy day;)

I’m sad that you had a sucky day but look at how strong you are….not only did you choose to not let “it” get you down but you also stayed cleared of the beast of chocolate. I’ve recently started working out w/a trainer just this past month…I TOTALLY hate the sweating thing but am loving the feeling of looser clothes…as you say “Woot-woot!!!” How fortunate I’d feel if I won a creation by YOU. I have no idea how you find the mojo day after day but I do the HAPPY DANCE when I see how awesome your creations are. You are such an inspiration to us all. As a previous post said….don’t let us drain you….we truly will be patient for you!!!!

Okay, not that I’m OBSESSED with this project BUT…. My DD coughed at 4am last night and I couldn’t get back to sleep for thinking about who i would make this for, how I would make it etc etc… I BLAME YOU !!!! One thing I did think of was…. measurements. Now I knew they were on the vid and this am I notice most of them are on the end of the blog , but would it be possible to have the matting ones too (cos I’m lazy…)? Also, would it be another sheet of card for the panels and the embellishment on the front? FINALLY – and I know you are thinking, what a demanding little madam… – I have NO idea how hard this would be to do, but in the UK, our standard sheet of paper is A4 (210mmx297) so smaller than your sizes. I’m going to give it a go (and will let you know…) but would it be possible for you to consider this on your future templates? Now, me, in my haven’t-a-clue-about-technology-or-the-template-process, is kinda hoping that’ll be a one-click job. HOWEVER, I know that there is a very high chance I have just posed a biggie and and it’s not a deal breaker in any way. I LOVE your work, I LOVE the templates (which, costing less than the price of a glossy magazine, I should just be VERY GRATEFUL FOR, and I am!!!) but if you don’t ask…. !!! Seriously, thank you for these wonderful templates and, if I have bothered you, please put it down to a lack of sleep…! xx
I had a long day as I almost missed your wonderful project by going to bed. It is only 3:55 am, kind of up late this day. Or early? Anyway, this would be so handy for me. I appreciate the hard work that went into it and I hope you have a better day soon. I hope I get some sleep soon! Just too much some days, huh? Hang tough and you know it will get better. God bless! Linda Crowder Dallas, Tx
I just started subscribing to your blog last week and I have found so much inspiration in what you do. Thanks for posting and staying confident in yourself! Congratulations on the 55 lbs!
Absolutely AWESOME design!! I cannot wait for everyone to go back to work and school so I can dive in and make several of these!
Thanks so much and God Bless!
Kim Matthiensen, Yokosuka, Japan (cannot wait to get back home to Virginia).
I think we’ve all had those days. They stink! Your project is adorable and I can’t wait to try one of my own. :o)
Have a super weekend!
Lauren – you go girl!
Gee I wish I was so strong & focused as you to channel any bad thoughts into something so creative & not hitting the food cupboard – YOU ROCK!!!
I absolutely love reading your blogs! I am amazed you fit so much into a day along with 3 kids!

Wow thanks for the videos it is great to see how you do things. And answered some of my questions like how to do your templates, and about shimmerz and justritestampers. Keep up the good work I really appreciate it!
I really liked the videos. They were very helpful in creating the card box. I thought I had this template, but I don’t, so I’ll need to download. If it weren’t for stampers like you, it would be difficult in getting great ideas. Thanks for sharing all you do. Alice R.
Your talent just keep amazing me more everytime I check out your blog!!! How many hours a day do you spend stamping? You make everything look efortless, while it takes me 2 hours just to make 1 card!
Thank you so much for showing the JustRite stamps! I have been interested in them, but without ever seeing them in person or seeing anyone use them I have been to afarid to try them. Your tutorials are great!
Lauren~ You are such an inspiration and I truly appreciate the EXTRA time you give to all of us with your stamping and sharing everyday. It cannot be easy but you sholuld know your blog brightens my everyday 🙂
Hi, I just found your blog and it’s amazing. I hope I’m not too late for the draw.

Hugz Lauren & I hope that your Saturday is shaping up to be a much brighter, happier day for you.
Hope you Saturday is much better for you girlfriend. I haven’t had time to watch the videos, but from the few seconds I did see, I’m going to definitely learn a lot. Thank goodness I have this template already so I can follow along a lot easier.
Hi Lauren, Sorry to hear that you were hurt so badly. : ( For what it’s worth – you really perk up my spirits many times with your blog & I’m sure there are tons of others that feel the same. To be able to take your hurt feelings & put them into something creative & be productive is awesome!
I wish I could do that – I instead cripple myself when I’m down. You are an inspiration in so many ways – like your crafting, weight loss, as a mother, etc. As your blog can be therapy to you – your blog is therapy to me. Thank you . . . for ALL you do. Hang in there – you will persevere! Better days are coming : )
I so appreciate your honesty – and candor! It truly is refreshing to hear that someone else gets those soul challenging days (we all do and we all know it, yet still we remain silent…) and be positive about it. It’s never easy.
Your videos are even more informative than I thought possible and it shows just how much effort you’ve put into them- thank you!! BTW, the angle you chose was, I think, just right. It made watching your every move so easy for me to do which helped me learn from you even better!!
Thank you for sharing your fun.
You are an inspiration to us all !!
Sorry to hear about your bad day! Your video was awesome, I will have to refer back to it. Thanks for the possiblity at winning that awesome box!

Lauren,
I am sorry about your bad day. The key is to have gratitude for all you have and are. I can’t even come close to inpiring you as your inspire me. You fill your days with so much–family, taking care of yourself by losing weight, blogging, and on top of that, creating wonderful projects almost every day. You are so amazing. Thank you for sharing so much with us in your blog. Blessing to you!
Karen
You are doing such a great job with the videos and I love this project!
Hang in there 🙂 I hope your hard times pass quickly!
Love the organizer…hang in there….the next days always seems to arrive no matter what !
I watched video 3 because I just got that JustRite set this month and wanted to see how you did your sentiment. Thanks for sharing that. It was a big help to see how someone actually placed the fonts onto the grids. Keep up that great work!
I love your blog. Your projects are very classy. If someone said something mean to you they have a problem with themselves. Be glad you are a positive productive person, don’t let em get ya down. This too shall pass. your videos are fantastic it’s hard to believe your just starting. After reading your blog and following your journey it’s great in the videos to actually see you and how you work. Your very oraganized and cost effective, bottom line I appreciate all the work you do to share your ideas with everyone., Thank you.
I am really enjoying the videos, it is easier to SEE things being made. The birthday box is beautiful, I love the colours you have used. Well done Lauren.
I hope you have worked through the disappointment that was making you feel bad. A favorite quote I came across recently is “Happiness is a choice that requires effort at times.” Some days it takes a LOT of effort, and some not so much. The card box videos are wonderful… both the project and the presentation. You have quickly become very comfortable in front of the camera and it feels like we’re just sitting here chit chatting. Great job on that! The amount of work to put these together is so appreciated. I know the blogging and editing take more time than the actual shooting. You are an amazing young woman and don’t let ANYONE make you think anything less!
Hang in there! Just remember – this too shall pass. I love the card organizer. You are simply the queen when it comes to templates and projects. I always enjoy visiting your blog to see what you have created.
hi Lauren! I remember leaving a long comment yesterday and I am surprised that its not here!dont know what happen.I really wanna join the draw.and you are a very generous and good mom!
So sorry you had a bad day, but thank you for giving us so much of your time and effort. It is sooo appreciated! We hope it makes you feel a little better knowing how much we look up to you and your amazing talent!

Thank you so much! 🙂 Can’t wait to see the next ones!
Hi Lauren…
I’m also very sorry you had a bad day…. I know you wanted responses by Sat… but I’ve been in bed with the flu… just wanted you to know, (better late than never) that I also love all the things you do.. You are so right about stamping… when things get ‘crummy’ I know I can lock myself up, get creative and ‘snap’ out of it… I hope you realize there are so many people out here that have been inspired by you…. Keep the faith and continue on your journey!! My prayers are with you!
So sorry you had a bad day. But like I always say…The Lord will provide! Hopefully he will provide you with much better days ahead. Thanks for sharing all your talent. God Bless! Sure hope I win this lovely creation.
Sandra
Lauren, I’ve read your blog for a long time now, and have always stayed in the background because I felt that maybe you received so many comments and e-mails that you didn’t need one more from me. But I can’t hold back any longer. I have to tell you that I love your newest addition–your videos! They are the best! It’s always so much better to see a project first hand. Thank you for all your hard work and your kindness in sharing your talent.
I also want you to know that I prayed for your sweet daughter and your family as you all battled her cancer. I’m so happy that things turned out well.
I adore your blog!! You are truly an inspiration, even when things get you down! Thank you so much for sharing this project with us…LOVE your videos!

This box is crazy cute! I just printed off what I needed and I’m off to make it. I don’t think we need written instructions…I just paused the video to write what I needed and printed the pictures of the box you posted. Easy peasy! Thanks, Lauren!

Underground Catholics point out classic wedding invitations for years the Vatican seems to have put the underground faithful in brackets: many vacant sees have not had replacements and seminarians are asked to enter the official seminaries. Instead, they say, in order to strengthen the faith of the entire Church in China, the Holy See should go ahead on its own, without considering the opinion of the government, and in the name of the pastoral good of the faithful, ordain bishops and ordain priests even in the unofficial community. Perhaps the Catholic communities could learn from the underground Protestant communities that now, faced with the violence of the regime, appear in public to demand religious freedom. Some of them were arrested, but while they show the world that simple wedding invitations only desire is to see the religious freedom implemented that the Chinese constitution preaches (without practicing it).
Then to strengthen the relationship between the Church in China and the Universal Church it is important to enhance the great efforts of so-called bridge-churches: those of Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao and Singapore. Through visits, reports, financial aid, sending teachers and religious personnel, they can comfort and help develop the life of the Chinese community, stifled by control or green wedding invitations
