    Bloomin’ With Creativity!

Here is  a set I created using the entire collection of  *NEW* products from our July Release!

My In Dispensable gift box was made using the Petal Prints Paper collection.

My label (and 4 cards) was made using the Just a Little Note set, which is a whimsical flourishy image that I ADORE to pieces.

It was digitally colored, then cut out using the Fine Finish © cut file.

    A little about the set:

    Just a Little Note

    Set of 19 Images $8

    Designed by Lauren Meader

Sometimes you just need a little note. This set has a plethora of must have sentiments for life’s circumstances. It also features whimsical flourishing bird pattern which is perfect for coloring in using Copic markers, pastels, crayons, pencils, or digitally. You will be able to quickly and easily whip up a card of gift with this set that is sure to be cherished.

    Sentiments include:

TRUST in his words SURVIVE by his strength LIVE with his grace

If you can dream it, you can do it

    My Dearest Friend

    Cheerful Wishes

Hoping better days are on their way!

    In My Thoughts

Not a day passes that I don’t think of you

    I’m here for you

    Just Because

You put a song in my heart

    I Believe In You

    O’Happy Day!

    So glad there’s you!

    You Can Do It!

    Good Luck

    Happiest Birthday Wishes

You deserve all the best a birthday can bring!

    You’re so Wonderful

The sentiments in this set would be used perfectly on ANY card, and layered onto any project using any of the many Pretty Pieces Cut File labels. Be sure you check out our many amazing Pretty Packaging templates for inexpensive gift ideas too!

Now for the  details for the (4) cards I created.

    Simply Scalloped $2.50

Available in PDF, SVG, GSD, DXF, WPC

This card/envelope set is as named, a simple scalloped card that is just perfect when you want to make something simple, with a little extra flair! The scalloped edge card comes with a coordinating envelope that is sure to stun them, and even includes a simple envelope insert to fancy it up a bit further.

Isn’t this such a pretty gift set?!

(Did you notice that I lined the scalloped envelopes too)

Note: You can use the card horizontally or vertically!

I used the bird flourish from the *NEW* Just a Little Note set, using the colors from the Petal Prints paper collection to digitally color it in.

We have some amazing tutorials for using our digital images HERE! But you could use your Copic markers or other favorite medium for coloring.

I used a variety of sentiments:

You put a song in my heart

    I’m here for you

    Sp glad there’s you

    My Dearest Friend

It was fun, quick and easy. The best part is that I have them all saved so I can re-create these again without any more work! Always great in a pinch.

    Completed Project Size:

    Card:

    5 1/2 Inches Wide

    4 1/4 Inches Tall

    —————————

    Envelope:

    5 3/4 Inch Wide

    4 1/2 Inches Tall

This card/envelope set was specifically created to coordinate with the In-Dispensable Pretty Packaging Template, but is complete perfection all on its own!

We have a wide variety of card packaging, so be sure you check out our Pretty Packaging Templates!

    A few card specific holders:

    In-Dispensable

    Tapered Off

    Card Wrapper

    Blue Collar

    Com-pleatly

    Card Cover Up

    Sweet Treats Tote

    That’s a Wrap

    Tricky Treat Tote

    Disc-Covered

    Keep It

    Creative Card Candy

    Slip Cover

    Card Catch All

    Boxed Lunch

Seriously, how fun is it to have this many amazing options for giving card sets?

I made my In-dispensable gift box, with 4 cards for the inside, as seen futher above, but needed a card to go with the gift, so I chose to use the Fanciful Flower Card.

    Fanciful Flower Card $1.50

Available in PDF, SVG, GSD, DXF, WPC

    Completed Project Size:

    5 Inches Wide

    4 3/4 Inches Tall

This is a pretty flower shaped card with several layers for you to build a beautiful blossom for any occasion! Makes a perfect invitation to any event, shower, a garden party, get well soon, cheer up, thinking of you…you get the idea.

Now, using the Petal Prints patterned paper as my design inspiration I made my flower card base from a vanilla cardstock.

I stamped on a sentiment from the All A Flutter Sentiments ©set, and the butterfly from the All A Flutter © 25 set.

I layered the next flower layer in a pumpkin, then a colonial blue.

The green bow serves as my “leaves”.

I love the 3-D details of the flower shaped card.

I also love that I get the joy of creating gifts for those I care about and they really come together and coordinate so perfectly.

My company focuses on the “complete package”.

We work hard to offer coordinating products that are easily interchangeable with previously released products.

We really enjoy being able to share the ideas and versatility each product holds.

We offer templates in PDF (printer friendly), SVG, DXF, GSD and WPC, as well as Cut Files, acrylic/digital images and digital paper.

Thank you for coming to see what’s new for July!

Tomorrow we all share our Year in Review projects.

    See you again then!

  • Here in New Hampshire it has been RAINING, hot and very muggy! I am looking forward to some well deserved time off with the kids. It had been quite some time since I had any crafty time and I REALLY enjoyed creating this gift set with our latest template called In-Dispensable.

    In-Dispensable $3.99

    (plain version)

Available in PDF, SVG, GSD, DXF, WPC

    Completed Project Size:

    5 3/4 Inches Wide

    5 3/4 Inches Long

    2 1/2  to  1 1/4 Deep (box angles)

    (All prettied up)

This is one of those templates that you will definitely find to be “indispensable”!

Makes a great gift for all ages. Wonderful for teachers, staff, co-workers, friends and family. It will quickly become a favorite for gifts to everyone on your list, all year round. This is the perfect presentation for the desk, or counter. Fill it with homemade cards and gift sets that can be displayed in any room of the house or office.

I was really inspired by the Spring Abound © paper collection and used it for the starting place for my In-Dispensable box design.

The base of the box is a smoky gray and the top is a daffodil color.

The window was created, and layered with acetate. I then added a tag using a label image from the Fine Finish © set.

It is sized to allow you to organize all our office needs, like cards, office supplies, and contact info. You can use it to package up a variety of gifts, including recipe cards. baking mixes or homemade treats. It is certain that whatever you gather up to put in here, will be appreciated for much time to come, long after its contents are gone.

    This is the back/side view

    Open View

You can fit your card set both vertically and horizontally.

There is even an insert that will allow you to separate your card set, and some pens, address labels, stamps or whatever else you choose!

We have many items that will really dress this project up!

Since I used an acetate sheet for the oval window, and made a label for the front, to “cover” the back of that when you lift open the lid I layered a label from the Fine Finish © set. I think it looks nice and clean, and professional.

You cannot have enough ways to present your homemade cards.

Look at what an amazing presentation this makes!

Be sure you check out our amazing set of images called  Round Off © as well as the Spring In Bloom ©!

They coordinate perfectly with this template.

Now let me share the card details….

I made 6 different cards in total using the  Spring Abound © paper collection

    Card Sentiments:

    Congratulations

    Happy Birthday

    For My Friend

    Because I Care

    Celebrate

    Thank You

    Here are some detail photos

The main image on all is from the Fine Finish © set,.

I inserted the various sentiments, as listed above, from the set as well,  to quickly and easily giving me 6 cards in a SNAP!

The butterfly on the tag is from the Spring is Here © set.

It was so fun and easy, and it was a BIG hit!!

Thank you to all who have come by to see what’s new!

Tomorrow I will be using ALL NEW products as we celebrate our monthly Release.

    Come back then for more.

    June:Year in Review

Jun 1, 2013 Author: mytime | Filed under: Home decor/3-D items, My Time Made Easy

Today as we wrap up our monthly release the design team members are each using our favorite older template, stamps and paper, and use it to create a fun gift set, packaging up something for SPRING!

    Check them all out.

Sadly this will be Lisa’s last month with us. She will be greatly missed 😀 Please take a moment to wish her well. She has been with MTME for the last 3 years. She is amazing and we wish her all the very best, always.

This month for my Year in Review project I am sharing a project I had hoped to do LAST month, but hadn’t gotten it done yet, but am super happy that I did get to do for this month, as I am making my end of year teacher gifts. Each child had an idea for what they wanted, so I am getting to work so I’m not flyin’ around last minute this year.

I chose to use the amazing Great Grillin’ © template, and turn it into a Lunch Box for Alexa’s teacher!

Yes, this IS the Great Grillin’ © template turned into a lunch box.

(please note we also have the Boxed Lunch © box as another option)

How cool did this come out?  We are giving Alex & Ani bracelets this year. I am personally OBSESSED with them, as I have 14 of my own, and I love combining them together to suit whatever is going on in my life, or for whatever is to come my way on a particular day. We do also have the For Keeps ©, which is perfect for jewelry, but since it is a teacher gift I thought the lunch box would be cuter. Alexa is obsessed with hearts, so this was quite fitting to be from her.

So…I resized the Great Grillin’ © template to 119%, so it would cut on 12 X 12 cardstock, and be larger than the Grill. I cut this from an eggplant cardstock, and layered with the Hearty Stripes ©, a it matched the crayon letter R I also made.

I made my handle, and my front “latched” by using the pieces from the Boxed Lunch © template. The silver rim tag was made by me with a frosted pastic flower, tag rim. a felt flower, and a button. I love it.

The tag reads “Packed with Love” and it is from the Lunch Box Love Notes © set. I had my silhouette cut the heart from our BFF Valentine Tags ©, and I embossed it with a polka dot cuttlebug folder.

    Simple, and fun!

    Now for Amber’s teacher…Mrs. Rowley

This is seriously so cool! We covered a black MDF letter “R” with crayons to give to Amber’s teacher. I was going to have Amber do it, but my OCD kicked in! LOL! She did get to HELP, and it was her idea.

It can sit upright on the desk or hang on the wall or a door.

This project was SOOOO fun! Cost under $10 to do too. I can see myself making many more in the next few years.

We arranged all the crayons first (and yes they had to be upside down :C otherwise the pointy end would be to the left, and that is NOT how I wanted it) and then warmed up my hot glue gun, and my heated hobby blade.

the crayons were hot glued to the letter R then I trimmed the edges with the heated hobby blade for a smooth, and even finish. Tied on some measuring tape ribbon, added a rosette we made, and then applied some chipboard letters we had.

    Easy peasy!

Now you have 2 new teacher gift ideas and a new use for the Great Grillin’ © template.

Come back again next month to see what we have in store for July!
