Guess what! The Release for Pink Cat Studio is today! So hop on over to pick up your new sets!
LOOK HOW CUTE!
Can you seriously even believe how many images are in these set, and the possibilities? The design team had just touched the tip of the ice berg of possibilities. Seriously.
Now for another card to share
How sweet is she? I totally love her, and her back to school look.
I once again used Bethany’s idea and colored her in a partial scene. I made that sidewalk using my marker & a ruler. I was impressed! LOL! I don’t have a artsy bone in my body, so being able to actually draw in a SIMPLE sidewalk was a big deal for me, I swear.
The lunch box is 3D, and I made the little flower on it to match her dress.
THEN I took some $1 clips I got last year at Target $1 spot, and took the original image out, and using my EK success flower punch and some PP I made my own little clippie to match! That was fun.
Here is the close up of my art! LOL!
I also love that I did the apple green rather than red. It’s a simple touch but I almost forgot apples ARE green too! LOL! That helped keep it all matchy matchy.
The sentiment is from MFT Back to school set, and the lined paper bkgd is CHF ( I so love that bkgd!).
Can you believe its “Back to School” shopping time already? That is what I started yesterday. I spent a pretty penny and felt like I walked away with not so much.
Noah got 5 pairs of jeans and 8 shirts, back pack, lunch bag, socks, and a zip up heavy sweatshirt for those “start cold, but end up hot days”. Target had a super sale on boys jeans!! Noah is in a size 7 (yes and he is only 5 1/2) and I got them for $3.74!! Not the cheapie jeans with no pockets, the heavier style Wrangler and a few other brands. I try not to buy him expensive jeans because he just tears through them, and grows so fast!
I have much more to do before the kids go back to school. Alexa’s last day of summer school is tomorrow. It will be nice to have a few days of no rushing out of bed and getting someone ready and out the door before my coffee even kicks in.
I think we need to hit the Tilton Outlets this weekend. I LOVE shopping at Carters for Amber, and anywhere I can get the girls matching outfits. Annoying, I know. But I think its just so cute. Alexa is small for her age, and Amber is bigger so it usually works out.
OK I have to run. I stayed up till 2:30 am last night! Something I NEVER do, but was inspired so said WHY NOT? Now I remember WHY I stopped doing that. I’m not 21 anymore. I can’t stay up till 2am and get up and run around with 3 kids. What was I thinking?
Well it paid off in the respect that my mojo was so happy and I whipped out like 7 big projects! GO LAUREN! LOL!
More on that later.

Lauren,
I love these 2 sets! I want both of them!!!
The set are awesome and so many fun items in one set. Your projects are so creative and inspiring. Girl you have talent and super MOJO! Hope you can keep up with the kids today.
They are coming to live with me. absolutely.
Way to go on the school shopping…I started a little last week too, got some stuff for Shan…shoes, we need shoes…not finding anything I like though….*sigh*
Hope you have a great day!!
Heehee, I sure know why staying up till 2:30 is a bad idea too! It has happened every now and then when I was in a good book and boy, did I regret it in the morning!! LOL 😉
I hope your trusty dunkin donuts coffee will do the trick for you today! 😀
Your back to school card is darling, I love those colors, so cute. I can’t believe my kids will be back to school in less than 2 weeks! Maybe it will give me time to stamp again though??…
I just LOVE the 1st set “limitless limbs”. Now that’s my style of stamps! Cute but note cutesy, and tons of options to go with your mood of the day! Too good! 😀
Good Morning Lauren,
I emailed you a link to a mermaid yesterday. Hope you got it.
AND… Matching outfits are FANTASTIC… not annoying…
If I had girls, we’d all match. hahaha
Take care,
Em

This is so cute. Your sidewalk rocks! Thanks for the props.
Cute card and cute new sets! I’ll have to see if I have any $$$ left after the new SU! catalog arrives.
Question for you: How do you mount a set like that? Do you use EZ mount, or have a better idea? How do you store your unmounted rubber sets? THANKS!
I love your blog! You have the best ideas!
OMGosh! How cute is she!!! I love the sidewalk and her cutie lunchbox!
Your card is gorgeous! I just love Lily, she’s adorable!
OMG! I love the trees! When I saw your sneak peaks all I could think was…”I hope they have some little eggs…” Ever since I can remember my mom and I made an “egg tree” at Easter and of course I still do it now. Yippee! I need that set so I can make her an easter egg tree card!
I love those sets. They are so cute!!!
Lauren, one of the first things I noticed was that you had a green apple rather than the usual red. I also really like that you added some grass growing in the sidewalk crack! Cute card, and great sidewalk too btw! 🙂

I already ordered both sets but love this back to school card you made. I need to order the lined paper stamp as well… just have to check if they ship to The Netherlands and what the shipping will be but I have put it on my wishlist :).
Love your new blog look!!! My kids go back to school FRIDAY — did the shopping thing last weekend. Luckily our state had a sales tax holiday so that was a HUGE help. No stamps until those bills come in. . .:( Cute, cute card today!
hi, I just love your new look, love the subtle pink, the flowers and butterflies, since I’m a buttefly fanatic.
love that card and the set you used for it. I have that set on my wishlist.
