Well by now you can count down the HOURS to our March 1st Release at My Time Made Easy ™ LLC!
Im so excited about everything we have to share. This has been just the BEGINNING of the project samples and ideas we as a team have to share!
I have my own things to share using Card Catch All ©, (you will LOVE this one!) which was featured by 2 members of my team yesterday, as well as 2 of our stamp sets So Sentimental © and Fanciful Flourishes ©. Those will be featured tomorrow. For today’s project feature we have a Pretty Packaging © template called : It’s A Shower.
This is a Pretty Packaging © template you are sure to fall in love with!
Today both Kristin Bueter and Tracey Cuccia will be sharing some gorgeous projects using this new template with you today!
First we have Tracey Cuccia
Here is what Tracey had to say:
“I’ve been to soooo many bridal and baby showers, it’s just not even funny…my sister-in-law jokes that that move ’27 dresses’ was about me, lol. Anyway, more so nowadays, a lot of people don’t really have umbrellas at their showers, and I think that’s a shame. I think it was a fun tradition, and love the one my Mom made for me, but it’s so big, I can’t really display it anywhere. One of Lauren’s latest templates, It’s a Shower can bring back that dying tradtion, in a new, fun way…let me show you how…”
For more details please visit Tracey Cuccia
Also Kristin Bueter has a peek
Here is what Kristin had to say:
I am in LOVE with the “It’s A Shower” template! The unique design lends to a flood of mojo just looking at it. I chose to keep this project simple to show you that EASY assembly can still look awesome! so be sure to visit Kristin Bueter as well!
Now time for the details!
I have to say I truly LOVE this amazing template for SO many reasons.
It’s A Shower © is the PERFECT template for so many occasions! I have long awaited a 3 dimensional umbrella template. (NOT SHOWN) It also has a scallop layer that fits perfectly around the inside trim too!! LOVE that feature.
This template can be easily resized to suit so many purposes!
Fill it with paper flowers, candy, bath salts/petals, tea lights or whatever else you choose!
Use it as a Wedding or Baby Shower centerpiece, party favor, or decoration. This is easily customizable for any colors scheme, occasion or decor. You can resize it, and even fold it in half to create the PERFECT three dimensional umbrella for the invitation or thank you card. Perfect for sending “sunshine” or those “cheer up” cards too! How about a “showering you with”: love, well wishes , hugs, and kisses.
This template is certain to shower your creative side with ideas!
For my project today I used some chocolate cardstock to create my umbrella. I chose to decorate the panels using the umbrella pattern from Loving Heart © Pretty Printables digital paper. That paper is what spurred this template creation!
I created my handle base in kraft and the “handle” in red.
A friend of mine who LOVES Starburst Jelly Beans have been having a rough few days, so I made this for her, and filled it with those.
I then wrapped it in some Tulle. You can find some in the Bridal section of your craft store. Rather large rolls for about $2-$3.
I used the FAB Fanciful Flowers © Cut File to add a few flowers to the umbrella.
When I dropped it off at her office people went NUTS! Many asked if I did special orders (Um, NO! But you can make it yourself! LOL!) That felt good too. I stamped the tag in the back (forgot to photograph that part! DUH!!) with the “sending you sunshine” sentiment from the You’ve Got Mail © set. I love that sentiment.
My tag was stamped with the frame and flourish in the NEW! So Sentimental Set. I love the tag!
There is something about SIMPLE sometimes.

Oh my goodness…. wow…. I’m totally in awe! The umbrella is to die for. Kristen and Tracey did an amazing job showcasing it as well!
Love it… love all of it!!!
Hugs and love,

As per your original message to us all ….. Its a bit irritating that you cant buy this stuff and you have been showing it for three days , exactly what you said you wouldn’t do .
” Our goal is coordinating products with some instant gratification! No more drooling for days over projects you have to wait to buy supplies for! You can purchase our products upon first glance, with all the eye candy to follow.”
I totally disagree with “irritated Mel” in comment #4. I think the 3 day sneak peek window is a great idea…followed by 7 days of glorious samples. Honestly…the more ideas, the better !!!
Good for you for being flexible and giving your customers what they want !! Even if you do have to change your original plan/policy. That what builds a successful business…customer satisfaction.
Keep up the good work Lauren…I for one enjoy all your posts. Sneak peeks or not !!! 🙂
Awwwww, how cute & clever. I love it Lauren.
Fantastic – love the colors and I really like the netting – gives it a real soft look 🙂 Excited for the big release!! you rock girly.
Lauren~
I’m not sure why Mel felt it necessary to simply call you on the carpet about your original intent with no valuable input, but I have to agree with Cindy. If you choose to change your business practice two months after getting into the swing of things, so be it. That’s a perk of being the owner of a company. You continually improve your processes and respond to customer’s requests to build your customer service reputation and your business. GOOD FOR YOU responding to the numerous customers who requested peeks! Those customers will become loyal followers as a result. Your readers who aren’t happy with them, could simply wait until the first to check out the new supplies. I can’t imagine why anyone would be against seeing things a few days early. We’re not talking weeks here.
Anywho…I know first hand how hard you work and how important customer service is to you…I for one applaud your efforts and appreciate them.
GREAT JOB, my friend.
Kristin
These are really pretty and I love what you are making these days! SO many cute, cool crafts, so little time….. 🙂
So clever! The umbrella could not only be used for all kinds of shower gifts and decor, but for Spring and Easter centerpieces or treat holders.
Lauren, you are doing a fantastic job! I LOVE the sneak peeks, it gets me excited and gives me a little time to start putting my own ideas into gear too. Thank you for all you do, you are blessed with much talent.
This umbrella has got to be one of the cutest projects ever!
Just for the record… I ♥ sneak peeks!
Keep up the great work, Lauren!
