   Riding the wave, Lauren. I got my happy email with download – THANKS! Now that’s customer service. I just know your venture is going to be amazing. I’m totally excited for your and really enjoying everything you’ve done so far. And web site glitches are just that – glitches. They’ll go away. And it will all be sooooo worth it!

   Thanks for the update. I was able to download all the free stuff without any problems. I was busy so it took me several days to get it all, but I wasn’t worried. I did get the pdf file in the email. Thank you.
